Refund policy

Collections sold on this site are time limited subscriptions using access codes. Once redeemed, access codes cannot be refunded. Before redemption a full refund will be given, in the event of a change of mind.

No other refunds can be given unless agreed with an authorised representative of Tarquin, though a full refund or store credit on www.tarquingroup.com will be given in the unlikely event of a technical issue that cannot be solved. 

Refunds will be made to individuals whose subscription is rendered unnecessary by their employing organisation taking up a subscription while their own subscription is running. Proof from the employing organisation may be requested, on presentation of which a refund equivalent to the remaining paid part of the year paid by the individual plus 20%, up to a maximum of the full year paid.
